Foreword We are happy to place the Tattvasara-samgraha a commendable work of Post-Madhva period on Dvaita Vedanta written by Srinivăsăcărya. Tattvasara-samgraha is a brief treatise representing the creamy layer of Dvaita Vedanta composed in mixed style of prose and poetry. As indicated in the title itself 'Tattvasara-samgraha' is a gist. of all the fundamental doctrines of Dvaita-Vedanta collected from the works of Madhvacārya. By the efforts of a devoted scholar by name Dr. D.P.Madhusudanacharya, Research Assistant Grade-II, working at the Oriental Research Institute (ORI), University of Mysore this unpublished work is now within the reach of scholars and the lovers of Vedanta. Dr. Madhusudanacharya has collated three manuscripts of this work, critically edited and prepared the flawless version of the text for printing purpose. So far the 126 year old prestigious 'Oriental Research Institute' has published about 212 works and the present work Tattvasara-samgraha bears the serial number 213 among the publication of the institute under Oriental Research Institute series'.
